To Register a Returning Student

Online Registration:

Online registration will begin July 18, 2022.  Parents/guardians of returning students may register online using the Harmony online tool on any computer or internet-capable digital device. Mandatory state and corporation forms are included in the online registration and must be completed.

If your address has changed since last school year you will need to provide Proof of Residency. This can be in the form of a bill or bank statement with the parents' mailing address and name.

Online registration must be completed by 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2. Please direct questions regarding registration to Sara Parks, Registrar, at parks@paoli.k12.in.us.

In-Person Registration:

Parent/guardians of returning students needing help or access to a computer can register in the high school office during the times listed below:

July 18-22, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
July 25-29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Extended hours will be available July 19-20, 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Documents and Paper Forms:

The documents and paper forms listed below are required for registration.  You may print from home, sign and submit or complete in person at the main office.

  • If your address has changed since last school year you will need to provide Proof of Residency. This can be in the form of a bill or bank statement with the parents' mailing address and name. You may also bring your proof of residency to the high school office where we will photocopy it for you.

  • Students needing Free and Reduced Lunch & Textbook Information must apply using a paper application. Applications are available at the main office or can be printed using the link to the right. All applications must be returned to the main office.

  • An Extracurricular & Driver's Consent Form is required for all students who plan to participate in an extracurricular activity or plan to drive at PHS. Forms are available at the main office, or can be printed using the link to the right and returned to the main office.

To Register a New Student

Students new to Paoli Schools who are entering middle school and high school must register on campus and cannot register online. You can print and complete the forms linked below, or complete forms upon your arrival. Contact Registrar Sara Parks at 812-723-3905 to schedule an appointment to complete your student's enrollment. You may also visit the high school office to pick-up a Registration Packet.

Parents must bring the following when registering:

  • Proof of Residency (This could include a: driver’s license, electric bill with address, etc.)

  • Student Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Information

  • Parent/Guardian ID

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Parents may pay all fees online using a credit or debit card or pay in person at the high school office.

  • Parents should make every effort to register during the registration days. If this is not possible, contact the school to make arrangements.

  • For parents who may qualify for free and reduced lunches and textbooks, applications are available at this link.  Applicants may print them off or pick one up at the High School Main Office.

  • Middle school or high school students with schedule conflicts or questions should complete the Request to See Guidance Form.
